Difference Between Ultra Waterproof Pen Liner and Micro Precision Tip :

* Micro Precession Tip has 0,1mm tip which is slimmer than pen liner; made with loose & flexible bristles, similar with a paintbrush.
* Pen liner has a thicker sponge tip around 0,25mm that can provides smooth clean lines, best eye liner to create the perfect cat eyes.
